In addition, surfing at the Cloud 9 surf spot guarantees beginners as well as advanced beginners wonderful and warm feelings of happiness! Just leave everyday life behind, let your mind wander, engage in sports or go on a journey of discovery…

Your Wave is waiting …
Among surfers one of the most famous waves in the world and definitely the most famous wave in the Philippines and on Siargao. Cloude 9 is a right-breaking reef wave that is known for its long and fetching tubes. The wave is the venue for the annual “Siargao Cups” international surfing competition, which attracts countless surf fans from around the world.
The wave was discovered by traveling surfers at the end of the eighties and finally christened by the American photographer “John Seaton Callahan” after a chocolate bar of the same name. With increasing awareness, the trip to Siargao Island was considered one of the “Ten Best Surf Trips of All Time” from 1995. Cloud 9 is also known as a relatively convenient destination for surfers, with its numerous accommodations, restaurants, and bars.
The municipality of General Luna and Tuason Point are considered the “surfing capital” of the Philippines. But there are several other waves of quality on Siargao and the surrounding islands and so when Cloud mutates 9 times to Crowd 9, you always have great evasive possibilities that you can easily reach with the motorbike.
